Thought it was very good overall, and a very convenient way of undertaking training of this nature.

The notes sent prior to the session were very good and made the session clearly - you probably need to just remind us of the appropriate page number to ensure that we were all with you.

My first experience of such a training session and overall very good.

Y/End session was excellent.

As this will be the second year end on the current system I thought the training was excellent as a refresher course. It helped to highlight certain areas that are only used once a year and therefore made you highlight them. If there are any substantial changes in the future I think courses in this manner would be very advantageous.

I thought that a lot of preparation and thought had been put into the training and was a job well done.

On line training is a good idea and an ideal way to carry out training to a lot of people at once, it may have been helpfull for people who had not taken part in similar training before had been notified of what to expect and given some instructions, otherwise a good idea and an inexpensive way to get info.

Excellent training session. Very impressed look forward to more like it.
