This line is manned 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday, an answerphone is in operation outside of these times. Support calls logged during normal office hours on this number are subject to CSM's quality escalation procedures and an initial response is usually made within fifteen minutes.

Hardware failures are logged and passed on to the relevant hardware maintainer responsible for the particular piece of equipment installed. Calls are proactively monitored and chased to a successful conclusion.

Software calls are logged and passed to an experienced software consultant who has the required level of application or operating system knowledge. Whether this is an in-house consultant experienced with your operating system or application, or one of our software partner companies your call will be proactively monitored to completion.

Since the time taken to receive calls by this mechanism is outside of our control the initial response time to our customers cannot be guaranteed. Be assured, however, that once received we will action your requests in the same manner as above.
